Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has stepped up as a real-life hero for 11-year-old Anisha Rout, an aspiring cricketer, who dreams of playing for India. Arjun has pledged to sponsor Anisha's entire equipment cost until she turns 18, providing her with the best facilities to hone her skills and achieve her ambitions.

Anisha's father, Prabhat, works as a supervisor and is doing everything he can to support his daughter's passion for cricket. However, training to become a world-class cricketer can be expensive, and he needs assistance to provide Anisha with the best resources to help her fulfill her potential.




As a father, Prabhat looks to empower his daughter Anisha to be able to achieve her dreams and become an inspiration for others. Arjun's support has been a godsend for the family, taking a significant load off their shoulders and ensuring that Anisha has access to the best equipment and facilities to help her succeed.

Anisha, who resides in Panvel, Maharashtra, trains for eight hours a day, seven days a week, and travels 80 km to pursue her cricketing ambitions. Anisha got inspiration to play cricket after watching the movie 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story'.

At 10, Anisha played Under-15 Women's Cricket for Raigad District, Maharashtra. She has also scored three half-centuries in previous matches. She currently plays for MIG Club under 15 and opens the batting for her team.
