Cooking techniques may appear minor, but they can affect how nutrients are absorbed by the body. Cancer healer Dr Tarang Krishna recently shared in a video: “Agar aapko tamatar pyaaz ka essence lena hai, just sauté it without ghee. Put oil or ghee later.”

In the same video, he further explained, "rich minerals from onions and tomatoes can be abosred in your body so just sautee them without ghee then put the oil or ghee later. And after that add you dal, or whatever you are cooking and make the tadka accordingly."

One user wrote: "You won't be able to cook onions or tomatoes without oil. Maybe they'll steam on very low heat and dry out in a few minutes. After that they will stick to the pot and start to burn"
