The new AirPods Pro 2 with Type-C charging port will go on sale in either the second or third quarter of 2023. Top Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has predicted that the AirPods Pro 2 with USB Type-C port will be released later this year. According to him, the USB-C version of the AirPods Pro 2 will be available in the second and third quarters of this year. He also stated that USB-C versions of the AirPods 2 and 3 are unlikely. The development is based on references in Apple's most recent iOS release, iOS 16.4 beta, which was recently made available to developers.
