Apple Event 2024: iPhone 16 launch date, time and new device launches

Apple will host its much anticipated annual event in September. As per an official invite, the Apple Event 2024 is named as "It's Glowtime." The event is being keenly awaited for a host of things including the iPhone 16.

The event is scheduled for September 9th at 10 AM PST. When the event takes place in the US, it will be 10:30 PM in India. The event will be broadcast live from Apple Park and can be watched online on Apple's official website and YouTube channel.

In this year's event, Apple is expected to launch four models from the iPhone 16 series: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. Additionally, a new series of the Apple Ultra Watch as well as iPods are expected to be revealed.

Charging and Battery:
The iPhone 16 Pro models are expected to include a new 'Capture Button' and may continue to support USB Type-C charging, similar to the iPhone 15 series. Enhanced fast-charging options are also anticipated.
