Anushka Shetty makes public appearance at temple after long hiatus

Actress Anushka Shetty made a surprise public appearance after almost a two-year absence by going to a temple on the holy day of Maha Shivratri. Anushka, who last appeared in the Telugu thriller Nishabdam in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, caught the attention of her admirers as her visit was chronicled in images and videos on social media.

In the viral video, Anushka and her brother can be seen entering the temple together. Afterward, she joins her family inside the temple, where she is seen touching the feet of various elders to receive their blessings. She is shown wearing little jewellery and a white salwar suit.




Many of Anushka's supporters were thrilled to see her again after such a lengthy absence, and they voiced their joy and enthusiasm. However, there are a few naysayers who trolled her for gaining a lot of weight and for her simple appearance.
