During the nearly four-hour drive, the passengers discovered that their driver was Mamta Ben, an Indian-origin woman who has spent decades building a life in Canada.

Mamta Ben reportedly moved to Canada from Surat, India, around four decades ago. Today, she drives vans and big trucks on Canadian freeways, a profession that she describes with confidence and pride.
