Gallenkus’s work emphasises two sides of the same story that highlights the extremities of first and third world countries. On one side of the picture, there’s lack of basic necessities, deadly wars, famine, and extreme suffering in third world countries and on the other, the subjects are living in modern comforts, peace, technological innovation in first world countries.
