Amazon launched the Echo Dot 5th Gen on Thursday in India, updating its range of smart speakers.
The new Echo Dot (2023 or 5th generation) resembles its predecessors in terms of design but reportedly has deeper bass and cleaner voices than all prior versions.

Apart from this, the speaker's Alexa virtual assistant allows users to operate various smart home appliances, play music, set timers, and make reminders using Hindi and English voice commands.

Originally priced at Rs 5,499, the new Amazon Echo Dot 5th Gen is currently available for Rs 4,999 as a launch-time special. Amazon is offering this brief price reduction from March 2 to March 4. The product is also available for purchase through the online and physical stores of Croma, Reliance Digital, Poorvika, and other retailers.
