On Wednesday, three schools in Ahmedabad received bomb threat emails, triggering swift police action. Officers were deployed to the campuses to ensure public safety, the Joint Police Commissioner said.

In an official statement, authorities said the schools received an email stating, “We will take revenge.” Given the seriousness of the threat, school officials alerted the police, who immediately began security checks and investigations.

Earlier, on December 12, multiple schools in Amritsar, Punjab, received bomb threat emails that were later declared hoaxes, according to ADCP-2 Sirivennela. The official said the threats were found to be fake after thorough anti-sabotage checks were carried out.

Similar incidents were reported in Delhi, where two schools received bomb threats on December 10. Sanskriti School was also targeted, with an email that explicitly referenced the Khalistan movement and threatened to bomb the school later the same day.
