Fire breaks out around 8 AM, smoke seen from distance
According to officials, the incident occurred around 8 a.m. when flames suddenly ignited inside a flat on the 12th floor.Within minutes, the fire intensified and began spreading rapidly inside the apartment. Residents reported seeing thick plumes of black smoke out of windows, with dense smoke visible from several kilometres away.
