Admit cards for IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 exam released

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released admit cards for the 2022 IBPS Regional Rural Bank (RRB) clerk examination. The admit cards were released on Saturday, July 16, 2022, on the official IBPS website – www.ibps.in.

The IBPS RRB Clerk exam is conducted to select candidates for the post of office assistants in regional rural banks across the country. It is one of the most important banking exams, as the recruited clerks form the backbone of the rural banking system.

The last date for applying for the IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 exam was June 27, 2022. The examination is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2022.


Carrying the admit card to the examination centre is mandatory, along with a government-issued ID card like Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID Card, etc. Candidates need to take the following steps to download their admit cards cum call letters for the IBPS RRB Clerk exam 2022:

• Log on to the official website
• Click on the preliminary exam call letter download link
• Log in using your registration number and password
• Verify the credentials of the admit card displayed on the screen
• Download the admit card in PDF form printouts and future reference

Over 7,06,000 candidates applied for the IBPS RRB Clerk exam in 2021, while more than 5,95,000 candidates applied for the officer-level exam. More than five million candidates applied for various IBPS examinations in 2021. With unemployment at a 45-year high, the number of candidates applying for government jobs via the IBPS is expected to rise significantly in 2022.

Apart from the State Bank of India, recruitment for all nationalized, regional, and rural banks operated by the government is done by the IBPS.
