Actor Manoj Bajpayee's Mother passes away at 80

Geeta Devi, Manoj Bajpayee's mother, died on Thursday morning at the age of 80 in a hospital in New Delhi. The actor's spokesman confirmed the demise of Manoj Bajpayee's mother.

According to the actor's spokesman, his mother Geeta Devi had been ill for more than 20 days and died on Thursday at 8.30 a.m. in a hospital in Delhi. "Geeta Devi, Manoj Bajpayee's mother, died today at 8:30 am. She hadn't been feeling well for 20 days and was being treated at Max Super Speciality Hospital "the spokeswoman said in a statement. Geeta Devi leaves behind three additional boys and three daughters.

RK Bajpayee, actor Manoj Bajpayee's father, died in October of last year at the age of 83 in Delhi.


Manoj Bajpayee has been in several critically praised films, including Satya, Shool, Pinjar, Gangs of Wasseypur, and Aligarh.
