Aashiqui 2 composer-dinger duo Mithoon and Palak Mucchal set to tie the knot on Nov 6

Bollywood singer Palak Mucchal will marry her beau, music composer Mithoon, this November. The duo worked together on the album for Aashiqui 2 - which marked the debut of actors Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Mithoon composed the hit songs to which Mucchal lent her voice; she featured on ‘Meri Aashiqui’ and ‘Chahoon Main Ya Na.'

Besides Aashiqui 2, Palak Mucchal has various songs under her belt. Her popular hits include Dholidaa from Loveyatri, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Kaun Tujhe Yun Pyar Karega from M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story, and Nain from Ek Hasina Thi Ek Deewana Tha, among others.


Mithoon, on the other hand, has composed various hit songs like Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage Hum, Sanam Re, Maula Mere Maula, Who Lamhein Who Baatein, etc.

Palak and Mithoon also collaborated on the movie Traffic in 2016. Their collaboration songs included Door Na Jaa and Keh Bhi De.

Reports say that the wedding reception is set to be held in Mumbai, with Bollywood celebs in attendance. Rumours say Salman Khan is likely going to be there.

Other reports say that the duo's marriage has been arranged despite them having a working relationship previously.

The wedding functions are starting on November 4 2022, with the main event set for November 6.
