Does age limit physical activity?
It’s common to believe that physical activity declines as people age. Natural changes in the body, such as loss of muscle mass, reduced flexibility, and joint problems, can make exercise more difficult. Many assume that older adults are less capable of intense physical activity, but Ken’s story challenges that notion.

The benefits of staying active at any age
Although society often associates youth with energy and ageing with slowing down, research shows that exercise is beneficial at any age. Regular physical activity helps improve heart health, muscle strength, and mental well-being. Ken’s story proves that staying active, no matter your age, can lead to a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
