One of the residents replied that the two-bedroom apartment costs around Rs 1 lakh per month, including maintenance charges. The flat spans roughly 700 square feet and is shared by two 23-year-old software engineers.

Located in Parel, a central neighbourhood in Mumbai, the apartment is surrounded by high-rise residential towers and is close to major commercial districts.During the tour, one of the residents pointed out the master bedroom, explaining that it is slightly larger than the second bedroom.
One highlight of the flat is its view. From the apartment, residents can see aircraft landing and taking off in the distance.
Young Software Engineers Share Their Mumbai Living Experience
Both residents revealed they work as software engineers and spend much of their free time in the living room, which they described as the heart of their home.When asked about the biggest challenge of living in Mumbai, one resident joked that the city’s distances can make relationships complicated.
“Doing long distance with people in Bandra,” she said.
Despite the high rent, the residents appeared satisfied with their choice of home and neighbourhood.
