Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Ninja 500 in India. The Kawasaki Ninja 500 has been updated for the 2027 model year in India with a new Lime Green colour option. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 5.76 lakh (ex-showroom). Kawasaki has also commenced bookings through its authorised dealerships, while deliveries are set to start from the last week of August 2026.

The Ninja 500 retains its 451cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, which delivers 45 PS of power and 42.6 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and comes with an Assist and Slipper Clutch, offering a lighter clutch operation while helping reduce rear-wheel lock-up during hard downshifts.

Kawasaki Ninja 500 Features

The Ninja 500 features a high-contrast LCD instrument console, while smartphone connectivity is available on the higher-spec variant. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard, adding an extra layer of safety for riders. The motorcycle also gets an Assist and Slipper Clutch, 17-inch wheels, a trellis frame and a low seat design.

In terms of styling, the Ninja 500 retains the sharp and sporty design associated with Kawasaki’s Ninja family. Twin LED headlights give the front a distinctive appearance, while the LED tail-light and slim rear section keep the overall design compact. For the 2027 model year, the new Lime Green paint scheme is the primary visual update.
