US President-elect Donald Trump has picked staunch loyalist Kash Patel as the next Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Patel, a figure known for his combative stance against the 'Deep State,' has been a vocal critic of the FBI and other govt agencies that, in his view, undermine the president’s agenda. At the CPAC 2024 event, Trump loyalist highlighted the 'Russia hoax', Deep State and government gangsters.
