'Westminster not working...': Scotland, Wales, N Ireland leaders claim right to leave UK & join EU
Nationalist leaders from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland signed a cooperation agreement on Monday (September 14), all saying their countries should be able to determine their own futures. Welsh First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth said a growing number of people believe the Westminster system is no longer working, and argued that power should be brought closer to communities.
