Watch: Long lines as early voting begins in Chicago

A line snaked down the street and around the block in downtown Chicago as residents who wanted to make sure their votes were counted braved a chilly and rainy day. They turned out on Thursday to cast their ballots early, weeks ahead of the Nov. 3 presidential election. Voters say they think the fears of contracting the coronavirus has prompted millions of Americans to vote by mail.
