‘Venezuela will be reborn’: Maduro’s first photos from prison are out with message after US capture
Former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has released his first photos from U.S. detention since being captured by American forces in January. The images show Maduro in a gray sweatsuit flashing peace signs as he sends a message of hope to his family and supporters.The photos come days after Donald Trump announced a major U.S.-Venezuela oil deal involving more than 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan reserves.
