US Homeland Security Secy Kristi Noem lands in Israel, visits Western Wall, to meet Netanyahu soon

US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited the Western Wall in Jerusalem shortly after arriving in Israel. Welcomed by US Ambassador Mike Huckabee, Noem is set to meet Prime Minister Netanyahu and become the first US cabinet secretary to participate in Jerusalem Day celebrations. Her visit follows the recent shooting of two Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington, DC. Noem will also attend a memorial ceremony with Israel’s Foreign Minister to honor the slain diplomats.
