US Embassy in Iraq’s Baghdad hit in reported missile attack, eyewitness videos show flames

The U.S. embassy in the Iraqi capital Baghdad was hit in a missiles attack, Iraqi security sources told Reuters on Saturday (March 14). Eyewitness video showed a fire burning at the embassy building, sending dark plumes of smoke into the sky. The U.S. and Israel began attacks on Iran on February 28. Iran has responded with its own strikes on Israel and Gulf countries with US bases.
