US ‘bombs’ Venezuela: Blasts, smoke and power cuts rock Caracas as Trump vs Maduro escalates

The explosions reportedly began around 2 a.m. local time and continued for nearly 90 minutes, with bright flashes lighting up the skyline. Videos circulating on social media showed black smoke billowing above buildings as people filmed the scenes from their homes.
