White House Budget Director Russel Vought testified on proposed $9.4-billion foreign aid and public broadcasting spending cuts before the Senate Appropriations Committee. When asked about adding additional recission packages within 45 days of the end of the fiscal year, Mr. Vought said no decision has been made as to the addition of recission packages or when they could come.
