UK’s Royal Mail bans return of note 7s through its network
LONDON: Royal Mail Plc, the U.K.’s main postal service, said it won’t allow Samsung Electronics Co’s fire-prone Galaxy Note 7 smartphones to be returned to the manufacturer through its network.

Customers sending packages through the mail or via Royal Mail’s Parcelforce courier service will be asked to detail what is inside in order to prevent faulty products from slipping into delivery vans, Royal Mail said.

“In light of recent incidents and concerns raised by Samsung about its Galaxy Note 7, Royal Mail and Parce lforce are unable to accept the posting” of the devices, Royal Mail said in an emailed statement.
