'Ukraine loan will happen one way or another...': EU Chief von der Leyen vows new €90B for Kyiv
The European Union will deliver a €90 billion ($105 billion) loan to Ukraine 'one way or another,' European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said during a visit to Kyiv marking four years since Russia’s invasion. Speaking on the anniversary of the war, von der Leyen reaffirmed the EU’s long-term financial and political backing for Ukraine.
