During a press conference in Iqaluit, Singh unveiled his party’s Arctic security agenda, which includes increasing Canada’s defense budget, cancelling the F-35 purchase, and investing in local fighter jet production. Singh pledged to meet NATO’s defense spending target by 2032 and prioritize Canada’s national security.
