In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he scored 30 out of 30 on what he described as an approved, high-difficulty cognitive test, calling the result a sign of "extreme intelligence". He also claimed that he had achieved perfect scores on four such tests over the years.

"All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests," Trump wrote, arguing that Congress should push for mandatory screening of candidates seeking the country's highest offices.
The president contrasted his record with that of previous US presidents, claiming that none had taken an approved cognitive test of similar difficulty.
Trump's health and cognitive fitness have remained subjects of political debate throughout his public career, particularly as questions over the age and health of senior political leaders have featured prominently in recent US election cycles.
