‘This is America, not your communist dictatorship’: US, Cuban envoys get into heated exchange at UN
US envoy Mike Waltz repeatedly told Cuba’s UN team, ‘This is America’, during a heated clash at UN headquarters in New York. The confrontation erupted during a vote on the US trade embargo on Cuba. Since January, the US has also imposed a fuel blockade on the island nation.
