This businessman just gave Rs 14 lakh to every employee as Christmas bonus

According to reports, 75 percent of the bonus amount will go the employees’ retirement plan and the remaining would be given in cash.
A CEO of a family-based US company has decided to gift around $20,000 (around Rs 14 lakh) as a Christmas bonus to every employee working in the company. According to reports, FloraCraft, a craft and floral company in Michigan, announced $4 million bonuses for 200 employees of his company.

Making an announcement, FloraCraft CEO Leo Schoenherr said the bonus is a form of appreciation for the hard work of his employees. "This is to show that your hard work is not getting unnoticed," he said.

The bonus amount will be based on how long the employee has been with the company. The top gifts, for employees with over 40 years of experience, will get more than $60,000. On an average, each person is likely to get $20,000.
