Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has strongly criticised Russia’s proposal for a 2–3-day local ceasefire to retrieve the bodies of fallen soldiers. Speaking at a press conference, Zelenskyy called the idea 'idiotic,' saying a ceasefire should be about preventing further deaths- not just collecting the dead.
