Yemen is a nation marred by civil war. The country has been ruled by the infamous Houthi rebels, who are accused of bombing and attacking ships and vessels from across the world in the Red Sea region.
Due to the country's losing grip on governance, western nations led by the US sanctioned the Houthis which led to the valuation of Yemen's currency to reduce to zero. Yemeni citizens are often seen protesting against Israeli ground operations in Gaza.

Kenya is currently grappling with political tensions, ethnic divisions, and economic challenges. The conflict primarily stems from disputes over election integrity, with allegations of vote rigging and political favoritism, following the 2022 presidential election. This has led to protests and calls for reforms by opposition groups.
The main public outcry in Kenya has been around a controversial tax bill, that the William Ruto-led government had decided to push forward in 2024. However, after an escalation anger by the public, Ruto took back the contentious bill. Kenyans continue to protest for better reforms within the nation.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is mired in conflict fueled by a complex mix of ethnic tensions, political instability, and competition for vast natural resources. The ongoing violence traces back to the aftermath of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, which spurred mass displacement and cross-border conflict.
Numerous armed groups, often with foreign backing, operate in eastern Congo, leading to widespread human rights abuses and insecurity. The DRC's rich mineral wealth, including gold and coltan, has exacerbated the situation, as various factions vie for control over these resources.

Haiti is said to be one of the most unsafe places, according to a report by United Nations. While the international communities including support groups like Amnesty international have raised voices of concern for Haitians, they have achieved little success in their quest.
