During a House hearing, Angel mom Elizabeth Carter testified that her son Billy and his bride Jenny were killed just 16 days after their wedding when an unqualified illegal alien truck driver jackknifed his semi across an Oregon highway, blocking both lanes of traffic and causing the deadly crash.
