South America: Two dead, one survivor in Ecuador plane crash
The pilot and a passenger were killed when a light aircraft crashed in Ecuador's Pastaza province on Monday. The Ecuadorian General Directorate of Civil Aviation said another passenger was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital.
