Alberta Premier Danielle Smith spoke to the media after expressing separatist sentiments again by allowing for a citizen-led referendum for the Western province to separate itself from Canada on May 6. Smith spoke on Albertans being disappointed with Liberals coming back to power in Canada for a fourth term, saying this will impact energy and trade in the province.
