The caption of the video read, "A resurfaced video of Diddy and Justin Bieber hugging has sparked speculation that Diddy was checking to see if the pop star was wearing a wire." (sic)

Charges against Sean Diddy Combs
Combs, 54, was arrested last month on several serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
