Russia says 'no grounds' to prolong Ukraine grain export deal

Russia said Tuesday there was no basis to extend the accord that allows Ukraine to export grain through the Black Sea, criticising what Moscow says are obstacles to its export of agricultural products.

"It is obvious that there are no grounds for the further continuation of the Black Sea Initiative which expires on July 17," Russia's foreign ministry said.
