Qatar said it intercepted Iranian attacks aimed at its international airport and other civilian infrastructure including power plant and an energy facility, warning that such actions would not go unanswered, the country’s foreign ministry spokesperson Majed Al Ansari told CNN on Monday.

Al Ansari added that Doha is not currently engaging with Tehran, underscoring rising tensions as the regional conflict intensifies.
