Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday that the first oil had begun flowing through a newly commissioned main pipeline at Rosneft's Vostok Oil project in Russia's Krasnoyarsk region to the Sever Bay port terminal for tanker loading, the Interfax news agency reported.
Putin described the launch as a major milestone in the development of the Vostok Oil project.
