US House passes Lindsey Graham’s Russia and Iran sanctions bill in a 262-159 vote, sending it to President Donald Trump’s desk. The sweeping Russia sanctions package targets Putin, Russian energy, defence, shadow fleet tankers and countries buying Russian oil and gas.The bill could allow Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on major Russian energy buyers, including India and China.
