Powerful typhoon Doksuri lashes Philippines, kills at least 6
Typhoon Doksuri lashed the Philippines with ferocious wind and rain, leaving at least six people dead and displacing thousands, officials said. Wind blew roofs off houses, and heavy rain flooded low-lying villages and triggered dozens of landslides.
