Porepunkah shooting: Victoria Police believe suspect Dezi Freeman is being helped as hunt continues
Superintendent Kahan says police have searched hundreds of acres of land of “very difficult” terrain with resources poured into Porepunkah and surrounding areas in the search for Freeman. Kahan said police have received more than 450 separate pieces of information from the public that has assisted in their manhunt, and called for more people to reach out to police.
