Pentagon says US working on hypersonic weapon

Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby said the U.S. is working on hypersonic weapon technologies after the top U.S. military officer, Gen. Mark Milley, said China has conducted a “very concerning” test of such a weapon system as part of its aggressive advance in space and military technologies.
