Pakistan first Sikh police officer alleges manhandling, forcible eviction from his home
Pakistan's first Sikh police officer Gulab Singh today alleged that he was manhandled and forcibly evicted out of his house along with his family by the officials of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB). ETPB is the parent body of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committ (PSGPC).

Singh in a video, which is being widely circulated on the social media, is seen complaining over the behaviour being meted out to him and his family by the officials. In the footage he alleged that he was thrashed, his turban was tossed and hair were untied, while he along with his wife and children were forced out of the house.

"I am being treated the way goons are treated. I have been ousted from my house and they have now locked my house. The concerned officials have done this to please a few people. They have specifically targeted me. You must have noticed that there is no turban on my head. They unravelled my turban and opened my hair", he said.

He also appealed to the Sikhs all across the globe to take note of the atrocities committed by Pakistan. "I request you all to share this video and bring this to the notice of the world that how Sikhs in Pakistan are being treated," he added.
