President Trump formally notified lawmakers over the weekend that the United States is again at war with Iran. On Monday, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was asked if Democrats would try another war powers resolution. Jeffries vowed to use every legislative tool available to end Trump’s “war of choice.”
