'No change in Russia's stance…': Putin ‘shrugs off’ Trump’s deadline on Ukraine peace deal
Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded to growing global pressure over the Ukraine war, saying Moscow is open to more peace talks with Ukraine but shows no sign of changing its stance. His remarks come just days ahead of US President Donald Trump’s August 8 deadline, threatening new sanctions if Russia doesn’t end its war in Ukraine.
