'Mutual and singular decision' by Pakistan's top leadership to end terrorism: PM Sharif
Pakistan's leadership has decided to end terrorism collectively after recent attacks. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with military chief Asim Munir in Quetta. Dozens of security personnel and civilians died in multiple terror incidents this wee...

Sharif, who arrived in Balochistan's capital Quetta on a day-long trip to assess the law-and-order situation, made the comments at a meeting of the Balochistan Apex Committee, the top anti-terrorism policy forum. The meeting, chaired by Sharif, was also attended by Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir.
His visit came as 54 terrorists, 38 security personnel and four civilians were killed in three major acts of terrorism this week in the province.
"It is a mutual and singular decision of the civil and military leadership that we must end terrorism collectively," Sharif said, adding that the war against terrorism will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.
Sharif also alleged India's involvement in the incidents in Balochistan. He, however, did not provide any evidence in support of his allegations. "They are providing money to these terrorists and their groups, as well as providing weapons," he alleged.
In the past, India has categorically rejected such allegations as baseless.
Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti and heads of law enforcement agencies were also present in the meeting.
