The video shows the shop manager walking behind the counter when debris starts falling. Moments later, a man drops through the ceiling, pulling down wires. He is followed by a second man who grabs the manager and forces her to the ground.
The intruders instructed the woman to open a safe in the back room, where they filled duffel bags with cash. They then duct-taped the woman and locked her in the bathroom before fleeing the scene.
Just before leaving, one suspect briefly lifts his ski mask, and a passerby outside catches a glimpse of him.
The two suspects were described by police: the first is a light-skinned Black male in his 30s, around 6 feet tall, and the second is a dark-skinned Black male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a slim build.
