Massachusetts: Deadly blaze rips through Gabriel House in Fall River; 9 dead, over 30 hospitalised
A devastating fire broke out at Gabriel House, an assisted living facility in Fall River, Massachusetts, killing nine residents and injuring over 30 others. Firefighters arrived to find residents hanging from windows, screaming for help, as flames engulfed the building. Around 50 firefighters battled the five-alarm blaze through the night. One person remains in critical condition, and five firefighters were also injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
