California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a sweeping package of housing reform bills aimed at lowering construction costs, speeding up affordable housing projects, and expanding homeownership across the state. But the bill signing quickly turned political as Newsom took a swipe at President Donald Trump, declaring, 'It's called governing.'
